I am so grateful for the awesome customer service and hospitality I received from Chase and Medi, at OttoSource!!! They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole buying experience. I had a list of expectations I provided and majority was fulfilled! I love my BMW 430i Coupe, 2022! It was a great experience!

Worst experience car shopping, don’t let these sleazy salesmen (Ashiq/Ash & Austin) fool you, they’re good at talking a big game like you’re getting a great deal. They’ll harp and stress that you need to buy their warranty/car and say they are taking off $1000 if you purchase a warranty. After getting my statements they charged me for the full thing and didn’t stick to their word, a week and a half after driving my Tesla model S, it’s being towed out of a Texas Roadhouse parking lot after leaving it at over 50% charge, ate for an hour and my wife and I are stranded in the rain, and what do you know? My $4,000 warranty doesn’t cover anything wrong with the car keeping it from driving. Called next day trying to cancel warranty and they keep saying they’ll get to it, put me on hold for an hour and give me the runaround. This place is full of crooks, who are only concerned with the Commision they make on the warranty they sale you. Three days I spent trying to cancel this warranty and kept getting told it would be done and never was until I drove 2 hours to the dealership and talked to Meena face to face. Ash is good at putting a smile on his face and acting like your buddy but he’s a sleazy used car salesman..The only employee that I met there that was trying to help in anyway was Meena, she was helpful and professional. PLEASE USE THIS REVIEW AS A WARNING, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS SOONER. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

I had a great experience working with Chase Atwood. He's an easy going and no pressure sales guy. Answered all my questions and allowed me to take an extended test drive due to traffic. I was in and out in about an hour and picked up my car the next day. He was quick at resolving any questions I had even after the purchase. Thanks Chase!

I recently bought a used Tesla Model 3 from Ottosource and the entire process was great. My expereince went like this. Initial Engagement: Began with an online inquiry about the vehicle on autotrader, which, as expected, started a series of digital engagement. They offered multiple avenues for communication, including texting and email, which I found incredibly convenient. While some might consider frequent communication to be overwhelming, I appreciated their attentiveness. It gave me the sense they were more focused on my needs rather than pushing for a quick sale. There was no pressure tactic like "someone else is interested, so act fast," which was refreshing. After a week of considering other options, I replied to their messages and was introduced to Kim, my salesperson. We setup a time to see the car and she followed-up with a calendar invite, which I thought was great. Dealership Experience: When I arrived at Ottosource, the dealership's setup was great and they had and the impressive selection of great looking cars. From the moment I walked in, I felt a no-pressure atmosphere and was able to take my time in evaluating the Tesla I was interested in. It's clear that customer comfort and satisfaction are top priorities for them. Everyone was friendly and calm. The Purchase Process: Transparency was at the heart of the negotiation process. Ottosource presented a fair trade-in offer for my previous vehicle, matching the figure I would've gotten from Car Max. In terms of the Model 3's purchase price, we quickly arrived at a fair price in comparison to average market rates, which I deeply appreciated, as it saved a lot of time. Although I didn’t utilize their finance team, the sales directors and managers were forthright and candid regarding their capacities and limitations in the transaction. In conclusion, if you're used car shopping in the Dallas area, my recommendation is to consider Ottosource - especially if you work with Kim. She exemplifies what an excellent communicator should be; she listens to understand and responds effectively, and her passion for cars is evident. She will go above and beyond to ensure your car buying experience is precisely what you want it to be. My experience at Ottosource was efficient, straightforward, and truly enjoyable. The worst dealership experience ever no exaggeration. I have bought several cars at a dealership before and this is by far the worst experience out of all of them. I purchased a Tesla Sep 2nd and Austin sold me the car, and man that guy is so worthless at what he does. He sold me a Tesla with the brake light on the dash as well as the ABS on the dash, and auto pilot/self driving not functioning correctly. Before I purchased the car Austin stated it was just something with the sensors being sensitive and it was a minor fix and I had nothing to worry about, but it was way more than that. I had to wait a whole month to drive my car, not to mention Austin stated he was going to re-work my contract which was another lie just to make me feel good. I called the main office of OttoSource 3 different times to speak to the General Manager but he wasn't there. They took down my information so the GM could reach out to me but he never did. Also I told Austin to detail my car and have it fully charged before I pick it up, you would think that's the least he can do after being a month late with my car. No over exaggeration the car was at 38% when I picked it up and dirty as ever...even after a month of waiting for my car. Do yourself and favor and don't waste your time at OttoSource these guys are horrible and just want your money. I have wasted so much of my time and energy, I thought buying a new car was fun...Not with these guys though!!!!!
